Media reactor for gfo

Will it make that big of a difference vs bag in sump

I don't run gfo but it's my understanding that it works better in a reactor where it can tumble in the flow.
I use phosgaurd in a media reactor. I use that since I can dry can dry it out and reuse it, makes it last longer.
