Media reactor on biocube 32

So as it stands now I have the biocube skimmer in chamber one. The in tank media reactor and refugium in two. So I’m wondering if I could hook up the Return pump right to a hang on media reactor and then to the return. Would that work? I have the return pump upgraded to the maxi jet 1200.

Ok, I just didn’t know at what rate it would slow down the flow.

I think it depends on your media reactor and what flow the media requires (GFO and Carbon have different needs). You could add a valve to control the pump flow as well to help fine tune it.
just curious, but what media are you trying to run? I have a biocube 32 also with an InMedia basket with carbon and sometimes GFO.

Just need to lower my phosphates.
