Media reactor question.

i just bought a reactor Octopus MF300B Hang-On Media Reactor Kit with Pump, which i will be hanging it in my sump in the 3rd chamber. Which is better carbon or rowaphos to run in this reactor?

Research, both products as they both remove different things. I would say rowaphos is the more important thing to run first as phosphate can be more of a problem. But look up what they both do and make up your own mind.
