I setup a phosban reactor with Dr Tim pellets and hit was running perfect for a few days with me Jebao dc4000 pump at 7/10 power switched from smaller pump since I added more pellets. There is about 1 cup of pellets in the reactor have been building up over last month or so. Last night I noticed the pellets had stopped moving and bumped up to 10/10 and turned reactor over to move pellets and that did not make them move. I swapped out pump to an old mag 5 that I had sitting there and got very little movement of pellets. So my question is do these become “water logged” or “sticky” after being in the water? Should I remove some pellets as I should need 1.5ish cups for my tank?
