1st time sump user I was wanting know what would be the best location for my Carbon Reactor. Before or after the refugium

It doesn't matter, they remove different things. I usually like pumps before (i.e. skimmers and such) if you think it might get clogged with macroalgae but otherwise it doesn't matter
