media tray in Red Sea 170max

for those of you that have media tray, what do you have in it? I am planning on using floss, carbon in a bag, and marinpure spheres? Any thoughts on those 3? any other suggestions. I am planning on running a mixed lsp/softy with fish tank - cycle complete, and awaiting fish to come out of QT

Put the marinepure past the tray somewhere in the sump where there is a decent amount of flow. You don't want those to get clogged and they will if in the tray. I would just use some filter floss on top of some good carbon or other filter media.
