so since i dont have access to my original thread cause RC mods are babies and cant take a joke. ill do a quick recap and continue you it here. Quick background been working construction my whole life, started making custom furniture as a hobby for around 6 years, fell into reefing and here i am. So its a theme build sorta, big fan of medieval castles and basically rustic furniture. all salvaged wood, mostly mahogony along with some maple for a bit of contrast.

cut and installed trim. many medieval decor contains crosses so i figured i throw some in, i am not a religious person just kind of goes with the theme, so i made it somewhat subtle.

Thanks, lol sorry to all that have seen this already. Just trying to get where I was so I can update plus get my posts up.

Quick question ryan. Now if the stand is whitw, can I still stain the wood to achieve mahagony look?

Obviously you'll have to sand all the paint off to expose the wood. As far as matching the grains, no it'll never look the same, but the color yes. Practice on a piece of wood that's the same as the stand to get the color down. But just so u know pine very difficult to stain dark colors particularly reds and browns. Sometimes if u mix a couple different stain colors it'll absorb better and you'll get the hue your looking for.

and the canopy, originally was gonna be a floating canopy but that is now changing.
