Medusa worm or aiptasia?

Maybe this is a completely obvious answer but I’m very new to this and I’m having a hard time ID’ing this. I’m leaning toward Medusa worm because of the movement, but from my understanding aiptasia move as well.

Looks to be Medusa. I would remove, or at least sump it.
That gives me a little peace of mind! I did remove it. Am I crazy thinking Medusa and Aiptasia look similar? I’m sure I’ll run into them both again eventually and want to be able to tell them apart.
