Medusa worm - harmless with caution.
The Medusa Worm is a type of sea cucumber that has sticky skin cells that allow it to stick to any surface. They are either tan or green in color and are actually beneficial tank mates to help keep things clean and are particle feeders that do not require supplementary feeding.
Caution should be exercised housing Medusa Worms as they can secrete a deadly toxin if theyre stressed out or injured so they should not be kept with anything that may harm them.
Medusa Worms are fast growers and can grow quite large in a tank

I had one of those early on in my tank and i believe someone confirmed it as a type of cucumber... I'll try to look through my earlier posts and if different I'll edit the post.

Just noticed on my glass tonight. Not sure what this is or where it came from! I only have 2 clowns since cycling along with a small group of snails and done chaeto.
