Medusa Worm?

Crawling up my glass. Medusa worm or something else? About an inch long.

Looks like either a hair worm (Cirratulidae) or a spaghetti worm (Terebellide) to me - if the tentacles all come out from a single point, it’s a spaghetti worm; if they come out from basically all over the body it’s a hair worm.

I'm thinking a hair worm on this one, but, Spaghetti or Hair Worm, either way it's harmless/beneficial.

Thanks. Figured it’s easy to remove right now if I didn’t want it but I’m sure something will eat it in the future.
