So I’m torn on these guys. Thought they were peanut worms until the other day I was moving a rock and had one stick to my finger. It was similar to a carpet anemone the way it latched on. Made me think they are Medusa worms. What is your thought if I should keep them or start trapping them? Do they populate prolifically? There are ample currently from one rock I purchased at the LFS a few months ago. They are everywhere in my 300 DT. I currently don’t have any fish that would pick at them or eat them. Just looking for everyone’s 2 cents. Thanks.

They definitely appear to be "medusa worms" which are not actually worms but rather, legless sea cucumbers. They can release toxins when stressed as other cucumbers do. They can populate the tank at times. I'd work on removing what you can. They're a part of the CUC but the toxic properties would make me nervous, especially if you have alot of them.
