Melanarus Wrasse with sore

Anybody have an idea what this is and how to treat it? Just showed up today. It looks slightly raised. The fish is active and eating.

Thanks. The only things that I have that might have stung him are tuxedo urchins, I think.

I will source the meds and keep an eye on the fish to see if it gets better or worse in the meantime.
