My Melanurus Wrasse has a bulge. It is still eating good and socializing. Anyone know if this is normal?

If it was a female I would think it was pregnant

Indecision may or may not be my problem.
Definitely not a female haha I have female though and she gets super fat when she pigs out on food, the next day she is back to normal. I would try not feeding for a day or so and see what happens, if the bulge goes away then it's just eating a lot 
If not, it may be a little constipated and need some variety in it's diet or a break from a specific food.

Indecision may or may not be my problem.
I know with my girlfriend's female bettas I sometimes have to get them to eat pieces of a green pea to rid them of constipation, not sure if that would work on the wrasse if it turns out to be constipated, you may have to soak it in garlic or something to even get him to eat it.

Yeah this does not look good to me. Is it eating? If so you may want to try adding peas to see if you can get him to poop. @Humblefish and @melypr1985 thoughts?
