Hello,

New here to R2R! What a great site and tons of great information. Currently have a new melanurus wrasse in QT and I am wondering what the best prophylactic medications are recommended?

Wrasse are sometimes tricky to QT.

The way I treat wrasse is:

Feed General Cure + Focus soaked food for 14 days.

Treat with copper and praziquantel. Much more detail here:

Wrasse are typhoid Mary's. They often carry disease/parasites without outward symptoms due to the nature of the thick mucus layer they possess.
