Melting xenia

Got a frag xenia yesterday and they melted over night.
Water is ok, not the greatest but could be worse.
Phopshste around .05
Nitrate 30 ppm
Nitrite 0
Ammonia 0

Might the be lighting? Placed the xenia kinds high

They like dirty water so your water looks ok ,maybe your right with the light
Might of been better placing on the bottom for a few days so they could adjust to the different light
If your UK I'll give you some , I'm always cutting it off rocks and throwing it away

It might be your tank telling you to rethink adding xenia too it.
