I've had him for a couple months... maybe 3? I usually just feed silversides. I probably need to switch it up some though.... I'll see what else we have at the store for him.

Skip the store since your there a lot and find somewhere that gets fresh seafood in

You got it! I'll check the grocery store this week and see what they have that's fresh. I usually just buy from the LFS I work at because I get a great discount

Oh man! You always do a great job with your tanks, so I know this tiny tank will be epic! Have you started a build thread for it yet? Tag me in it so I can follow the progress.

Meredith, I took a picture of your eel's Grandfather in Hawaii. Here he is in the center of the picture smiling. (yes that is algae all over the place, but don't mention it because most people think of it as a harbinger of doom)

Well, I've lost power! There's something beeping in the house and the only thing that works is my laptop.... for now. Also for some strange reason the little LED light on my son's betta tank is flashing on and off. Weird, considering I have no power coming into this stupid house!

I got power back some time last night thankfully! As it turns out, it wasn't just my house lol. I sure was ticked off when I thought that. My husband, the electrician, explained it to me and why it appeared we were the only ones on our block and that we weren't. Something in there about a blown fuse in a transformer. All better now though!
