Merging colonies?

So my tank already has aoi zoanthids. But during wwc’s latest sale I got some more on sale.(couldn’t pass it up) so the question is will the new ones fight the old ones? Will they merge colonies?

Should merge. Zoas don’t really war with each other besides fighting for more space to grow

they will be okay.

i have read somewhere here where some people reported colors morphing when their colonies came into contact with another.

Only things that go to war zoa wise are paly grandis. I’ve mixed like 15 varieties in my tank no issues. They’re not right on top of each other yet but when u make combo frags I don’t have any issues.

While it might not be due to close proximity to other zoas on of my gaias zoas seems to have a bit of pink around the center
