Merging tanks

Last week I bought an existing 75 gallon tank. I have a 46 gallon tank already. My plan is to merge the tanks and just have one. Any suggestions on adding fish, rocks and coral ?

Fish are all compatible with one another. However I have 2 clown fish in the 46 that are younger, and 2 in the 75 that are older.

I'm not planning on adding the sand from one tank to the other.

The clowns will probably be an issue for sure. Everything else should not. I normally add the new sand and about 50% new water to the new tank. Then I siphon out the remaining water needed from the old tank and add to the new tank. Move the rocks over, catch the fish and add to the new tank.
