mesh filter recommendation

i am looking for good nylon mesh filter sock
what your recommendation
my goal from my filter sock is to Preserve my power-head clean.
but also not one that clogged up fast because the the laziness
how much micron should i buy ?
any other recommendation will be bleseed

I have nylon mesh at 200 micron . I change them daily and they are no name cheap couuple of dollar ones
