Metal Halide bulbs

I have the Aquatic Life R7S HID Light Fixture, I belive it is a fairley new product, at least thats what the ad said. For some reason one of the bulbs that came with it is putting off a little bluer color than the other bulb. Is this normal for HID bulbs, or should i look into changing my bulbs with a different brand. The ones that are in it now are the bulbs that came with the fixture, 14,000K 150W R7S bulbs by Aquatic Life.

Dont know about the bulbs your running but most bulbs have a burn in period and they will shift colors during that time. Id give them a little time and see if it gets better if not change to a different brand of bulb

I have had them running for a week now, about 6 hours a day. I will give them a little more time. What's a good brand for metal halide bulbs.
