Metal halide fans noisy

Hi I wanted to ask for advice I have metal halide lighting and the fans that are inside are noisy, there not massively noisey but enough to hear whilst tv on.

Anyone have any advice on what I could do to make them quieter
Could I remove them

you don't really want to remove them. mh creates a lot of heat. but you can upgrade them and use a good quality CPU fan that pushes the same or high CFM

Do you have access to them for cleaning? I agree with Dtackett go ahead and replace them with computer fans.

The lighting is new so there clean ok I'll have a look at upgrading know any good makes
