Is my coral ok? It's a bit lumpy in sum areas

Any chance you can get a better pic?

Based on this pic it seems to be doing ok polyps are out but not extended very far but the coral is puffed up which is a good sign.

The mouth also looks good. Can you give us some more detail on when it was added? Did it just start doing this? Or is it brand new to the tank? Things like that. Also a brief list of your parameters is very helpful.
