Is anyone testing Mg? If so, what test kit? Seems like all multi kits have dkh and Ca, but not Mg, almost like its not important, just wondering ??

Very Very Very important!!!! Studies have shown that low Mg affects coral's abillity to uptake Alk and Calcium.

Plus if LPS especially Euphiliya (spelling) start to sulk, the first thing I do is test Mg.

BRStv investigates had a shootout amongst different test kit brands on each element, and AF Mg test was the clear winner for Mg.

It is not nearly as important as alk and calcium.

Depending on what and how you dose alk and calcium, measuring magnesium may be unnecessary.

It never gets low on its own, and if you dose a good two part system, it will stay at reasonable levels.

To maintain levels, would you recommend a good two part system over frequent water changes ?

Depends on the daily demand. Low demand and water changes may be adequate. But a good quality two part will not require you to measure magnesium.
