MH lighting schedule

Four to six hours a day would be a good starting point IMO. See how the corals respond and adjust accordingly. GL.

I run a Giesemann Infiniti (soon to be spectra by end of week) which is MH/T5 combo and I run the MH for 5 hours a day and T5 for 8 hours

I figured a few hours would be good to start. I just wasn't sure how many. I had the MH on for about 5 hours I think. I was impressed with how everything responded. Extremely open and vibrant. My alveoporas responded the most with insane polyp reach.
A good sign?

Sure, some say polyp reach is an indicator that there isn't enough light but some of my zoas do it and there is plenty of light for them.
