Hey everyone, I have a question regarding the length my 150w de radium should be on for. I am using a 24" maristar fixture with x2 24" ati blue+ t5. I currently have the halide run for 4hrs a day, is this enough considering my t5s run for 10hrs a day? The fixture is about 12" off the water on my 40b setup? As far as corals go I have all sps and zoas. Thanks and open to any info you all may have.

I run my 150 w radium 7 hrs a day with Reefbrite Xho 11 hrs. If sps look good don't mess with it lol.

Maybe run the halide for 7 or 8 hours and keep your T-5's running at 10. Im assuming your T-5's come on first and go off last. . Maybe add and hour each week to the halide photoperiod.

Thanks for the reply guys, I appreciate it. I think I'll start adding some more time on the halide. I'll start slow by adding 30 mins each week till I reach 5-6 hrs. Yes my t5s come on first and turn off last. Another question I have is where are you able to find your radium bulbs? The only one I was able to find is on Amazon and it's over $100. Thanks again guys

Marine depot it seems to be discontinued though.
