Michelin star but for LFS?

This is sorta a random thought I had, but what if there was some organization that could send people to inspect LFS's and ask for advice on things undercover and see if the LFS is good or not. I understand this probably would never happen, but I think it would be a good thing.

honestly it isnt a horrible idea idk about the undercover part but a guide of stores that ranks them like michelan do.

Thats a pretty good idea. Rate them based off of selection quality, health, shipping practices, etc.

I feel as though advice can be subjective though so the topics would have to be specified because different things work for different people

There are things that are objectively wrong. Putting a large fish into a small tank, fish in cycling, getting animals that would 100% fight, etc.

Valid for sure. Overall I’m a fan of the idea and I don’t think it would be very difficult
