Micro air bubbles from skimmer

Have introduced 2 clowns today to my 24g nano cube AIO tank. These are the first live stock after cycle (6 weeks). My skimmer still producing a lot of micro air bubbles and that is coming to the DT thru the return. I have tried putting filter floss in btwn but nothing works. I have stopped the skimmer now as I introduced the clowns. Would it be okay to turn the skimmer on? Will the micro bubbles cause issues for the clowns?

Clowns should be fine! The skimmer might need some adjusting or a replacement.

Had a discussion with the tank /skimmer manufacturer. They suggest to remove filter floss and add back the original media boxes (carbon infused cubes and NO3/PO4 removing cubed) post skimmer compartment as per original setup.
Also, they suggested cleaning the skimmer.

It’s an all in one tank with 4 compartments (sponge, skimmer, chemical and bio media and the return)

Tried removing the filter floss and seems a little less now but still considerable amount of micro bubbles all over the DT and my clowns are definitely not happy. They are hiding behind the rocks and saw one shaking off the bubbles from the gills. Not sure if it needs more break-in time and how to achieve that not bothering the clowns
