I see that some micro algae like “high to moderate flows “ what exactly is that I have a protein skimmer, refugium area and a 400 gph return pump. Is that sufficient? I killed two batches of chaeto, I think it was because of a cheap led desk light. I how have a H80 Kessill. Input appreciated.
