Micro Brittle?

Is this a micro brittle, and from what I understand they are good right? I just noticed it on my back glass after some tank maintenance.

Yes, good brittle. I found a few on a frag plug a couple months back and now I have hundreds somehow. I see them every night and it is kind of freaky when you can't see their body but you see these tentacles coming out of your rocks haha!
