Micro bubbles due to skimmer

are they an issue outside of being a slight eye sore ??

Typically they go away once the skimmer is broken in or you can use a sponge block after the skimmer to reduce micro bubbles
Thank you! Any link to break in methods? Or just set so large bubbles aren’t collecting and keep an eye on it?
 
I don't have a link. Any new skimmer I've used took a few days to break in. When I took the skimmer out for a good cleaning it would produce a lot of micro bubbles for a day or two. Is this an in sump skimmer?
 
No sir/ma’am. HOB aquamaxx 1.5. I’ll give it Time. I have a couple weeks before starting livestock. If anything maybe I’ll move to JBJ in tank skimmer and save this for the next one
