Micro bubbles from my IM skimmer...

My Innovative Marine desktop skimmer has starting spewing micro bubbles into the tank...I replaced the rubber gasket and cup...made sure the pump and fittings seemed secure...but still bubbles...Is anyone familiar with this skimmer and does anyone have ideas re: a solution...:confused:...it had been working great since about September...in an IM Nano fusion 10...
