I know my micro bubbles are coming from my return because process of elimination and turning things off has led to that conclusion but I can’t figure out why, there are no bubbles in my sump so not sure what’s causing it.

Might be that you have low water level in your sump? If the water level in the return chamber is low, then your pump will suck in bubbles. Cavitation as it's called.

Any noise you haven't had before?

Forget to check my reactor, that is what’s causing the bubbles not my return my reactor retirn line is right near my return pump so I need to figure out why that causing the bubbles but it’s definitely that because that is unplugged now and no micros
