How do I eliminate micro bubbles from protein skimmer?

How long has the protein skimmer been set up? Most skimmers will have a break in period. They're known to dump quite a few micro bubbles into the DT for hours, sometimes even days.

I had it running for about an hour, soon as the MB start pouring into my DT my clowns have what I can only declscrive as a panic attack so I turn it off.
what skimmer is it?

With the tunze in tank. I pulled the cup, decreases the air in, and raised the skimmer above the water line slightly to allow for the slime coat to build.(thats the break in)
