My AIO IM Lagoon25 has been cycling for 3.5 months now and these micro bubbles keep appearing on rock structures no matter how often I blast them away with turkey baster. They seem to appear most during mid day when lights ON at full spectrum.

Does anyone know what they are? Are they normal in newly cycling tank? Are they good or bad signs?

I am afraid they could be signs of dino in future as this tank had dino before. Thanks in advance for your help.

Possibly dinos. For sure they are CO2 from algae.
Dang it, i hope not. Been trying my best to stabilize nutrients and so far been good. So far no dino strains, just these micro bubble
NO3=15-20 PPM
PO4= .075

Nutrients aren't the problem ... they really never are.
Introduce competitors to the dinos and they will never get out of control.
Biology trumps every single time in this hobby. :)
