micro bubbles

I have a 34g solana ans it seems that i have a bad case of micro bubbles. I am not sure where they are coming from but was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how i can get rid of them. One thing that i do know is that i took the valve of the hose going to the protien skimmer thinking that was the problem but did nothing to help. Any suggestions would be helpful because it is driving me crazy.

Yes thats where it seems to be coming from.

the water is about 3/4 in the chambers
