Micro goniopora not doing well

Hi all I'm new to this hobby and would like to know if anybody could help me with my micro goniopora? It has been in the tank for about a month and doesn't look to well. The parameters are on point and the last couple days it started to shrink up but everything has been the same any suggestions?

Lol parameters on point really doesn’t tell us much

is it in high light , high flow. Little more detail might helps

also how often do you test. What other corals do you have In your tank. Maybe a picture

I could never keep this coral, (and sadly every other flowerpot) and like elegance, for me, thrives, then fails despite every other coral doing well.

I would just like to follow along.

Ammonia 0
Ph 8
Nitrate 5
Nitrite 0
Calcuim 420
Phosphate is at .10 and is lowing

15 gallon nano tank and AI prime 16 is the light I am using on the tank.

Yeah, it was doing fine for the first three weeks and then started to shrink up and change colors.

Here is the pictures of it when I first got it. It was bright red and yellow. The first picture is the now picture the rest are when I put it in the tank. Low flow and low light. It is in the bottom left sand bed of the tank.
