[micro]mol liter conversion to PPM

Kleypas et al, measures average coral reef phosphate (PO4) at below 0.20 [micro]mol liter.
I used an online converter and came up with 0.0215mg/L, or 0.0215 ppm. However, it seems (to me at least?) that the conversion is dependent on the chemical ones converting, and so other converters came up with different answers.

Can someone accurately convert 0.20 [micro]mol liter PO4 to ppm?

You are already in per L so all you have to do is convert mol to g . To covert micromol to g you multiply by the molecular weight then multiply by 1000 to get to mg. So PO4 is 94.97 g/mol (30.9738+15.999*4) then 0.2 micromol is 0.000018994 g X 1000 mg/g is 0.018994mg/L . mg/L is essentially equal to PPM.
I'm fairly sure. Its been a few years since chemistry though.

Edit: Sorry slipped up and did milli mol not micro mol now it should be right
