Micro pump in middle chamber for flow across bio cubes?

I have a WB PM25 (newish) and was think about adding a micro pump for flow in the 2nd chamber bottom. This chamber contains some brightwell bio cubes (at bottom of the chamber and not contained) as well as tunze protein skimmer. My thought process was that the pump would aid flow across the biocubes and help to prevent debris buildup. Just curious if worthy of intention? The return pump is a sicce 1.5 and does a decent job for the overall flow. Thanks for reviewing.
