Micro starfish- I’d?

i have seen a few of these in my substrate, I’d estimate that they are 1/4” -1/2” tip to tip. I have not been able to figure out what they are friend or foe. I have not added any starfish to the tank, so this may be their max size.

Any thoughts?

Could be micro brittle stars. I got a lot of them as hitchhikers, they don’t bother anything.
