Probably helpful/ok, but cut the doses in half for each if you are dosing at the same time. I think each bottle instructions advise against multiple bacteria sources at the same time.

Dr. Tim's does not recommend using more than one of their products at the same time. They recommend alternating weeks between products to prevent bacterial bloom and a dangerous reduction in oxygen levels. I think it may be a good idea to follow those guidelines with the two products you mentioned. Dr. Tim's advice on using multiple bacterial products Here
