all my levels are reading “0” ( nitrates, phosphates, and ammonia) which I know isn’t the best so I want to bring them up slowly. My question is should I stop dosing my mircobacter7 while doing this or continuing using the product? Or am I completely misinterpreting what this product helps to do?

Yep, stop the mb7. Is has a bit of a carbon dose as I understand it.
So yes , it’s lowering the nitrates first. And then the phosphate.
