Are you dealing with flukes that has caused a secondary bacterial infection?

I am not familiar with Microbe lift. If so, I would recommend Prazi-Pro Treatment to eliminate flukes, followed by the wonderful trifecta for 10 days which is Metroplex, Kanaplex, and Furan-2, to eliminate the infection.

Well I’m not too sure but I think it’s flukes from all the symptoms my Flame angle has been giving like sometimes twitching and flashing, white stringy poop, partially cloudy eye(that’s looking better today), and one of the pectoral fins is a little milky.

You could do a 5min freshwater dip, and see if any flukes detach. Just a thought. Then follow humble's advice.
