I’ve found if you stick a piece of rigid air tube into your drain, to help give air a path out, it quiets the drain significantly. This requires widening the vent hole at the top a smidge with a drill, but once it’s done, you can push the tube down about half way down the drain and it should be much more quiet.
 
Depends on where you're bringing in the air from...

If fresh air, then you're bubble scrubbing correctly... LOL

If from under the sump cabinet area, you're probably sucking back in degassed CO2 and other metabolic gases... Just an FYI... LOL :)
