Have a octopus 1000 on a 44 gallon tank with a tetra whisper 60 that I run carbon through. Why am I getting micro bubbles my levels are good. My skimmer is skimming. It's been about a month I've had it going. Getting very frustrated.

So you're sure the micro bubbles are coming from the skimmer? Have you turned off the skimmer to see if the bubble subside? Is the water level too low in the tank? Are you able to adjust an air flow value?
Have you used under water epoxy in the tank recently?
Can you put a piece of aquarium flow or foam under the output flow?

I'm able to adjust the air flow. The water intake. I'm getting more water tomorrow but my levels are not too low. Do you think it can be from my hob filter

Yes if the cascade is too much of a drop to the water surface.

Ahh that's probably why then the drop is pretty decent. I get my water from lfs. The water is a lil low nothing crazy but the drop must be causing it
