Hi, I've tuned a euro reef skimmer and it seems to be dumping lots of microbubbles into the sump. I have a bubble trap but it isn't catching all of them. What am I doing wrong?

Nothing. It takes some time to break in. You can try stuffing a bit of filter floss between your baffles of your bubble trap, but typically it just takes a few weeks to get broke in and behave right

will the microbubbles harm the coral frags and fish I have?
It shouldn't. Air exposure is common on natural reefs from wave action and tidal exposure. I have micro bubbles most of the time in my tank due to my less than stellar skimmer.
