Micromussa looks strangely puffy after dosing alkalinity

I noticed that my alkalinity was low, so I used Red Sea's part B to dose alkalinity to the tank. I followed my normal procedure but forgot to shake the formula prior. I noticed that it came out all chunky when adding it to the tank. The lights are off, and the flow is lower, and it started to look like this micromussa started to turn itself inside out and look all wrinkly. Does this look bad? My gut reaction was that this was not good. Thoughts?

It’s hard to see in the photo however it looks as though it may be a feeding reaction.

Yeah, you must be right. I've never seen it look so contorted before, but now it's back to its old self. Either way, lesson learned and I will definitely shake the liquid next time haha.
