Pulled a sample for the sand bed where I has some brown/rust algae on the sand. It looks like Dino’s to me but this is my first time looking at this under a microscope.

looks like coolia dinos to me, though not quite detailed enough to be 100%

Thanks for the response. Here’s what else I know. They form a film on the glass and disappear from the sand bed when the lights are out.

Plan is to raise nutrients and continue dosing microbacter7.

Anything else?

Looks like it to me too I would be around 80% sure that it is.

A little more magnification and a video instead of a photo would help immensely. Coolia have a very distinctive movement pattern that can give them away even when the image isn't clear enough to be certain otherwise.
