Microscope Pic - Cyanobacteria?

I see a like ostreopsis here and there but they are pretty well contained these days. What is this wire looking algae?

Can you get a higher magnification? It looks like some type of mat building benthic cyanobacteria but you need to have higher magnification in order to confirm this. Look at these two pictures

a closer look show two types of mat building benthic cyanobacteria - a spirulina type and some Oscillatoria like species
