Are those Dino? If so which type, tank is covered with lots of them and corals and fish aren’t doing too well

Looks like it to me. Question --- When you turn off the lights in your tank do they go away, only to reappear when lights go on? Also, how old is your tank?

It’s 8 month old tank, I think they look like brown algae normally covering all the rocks

Wow they do look like this prorocentrum, are they worse than ostreopsis Dino?
