I have a 10 gal nano reef, everything was wonderful until about a month ago when my heater got stucked and overheated the tank, sadly a clam and some nice coral didn't survive ever since then and getting worse I have seen some purple/brown smear on the sand, reading some online posts I came to the idea to take a look w the microscope, I apologize for the quality but it's my phone trough the microscope lens and some editing to try to make it clear, I suspect the filamentous purple organism is Cyanobacteria, the green round organisms swim around and I want to rule out it is dinoflagellates, any ideas? Thanks!

Definitely looks like Cyano to me but that diagnosis is strictly from the last picture since I do not have the expertise to read the microscopic pics.

Thanks, Im trying chemi clean today

You may want to try and siphon as much of that out as you can before using the Chemi-clean. When it starts to die off, you don't want to lose control of your water parameters.

I did I took a lot out, thanks for the advise tough I'll check parameters daily then

I see plenty of dinoflagellates, no doubt. Be careful, do not strip nutrients off the water.
I would not use any resin such as chemiclean. Just a big water change and lights off for 4 days
